Oshpitsin: To Save from Oblivion – a film screening

Thursday, November 6 at 5:30 p.m.

Oshpitsin: To Save from Oblivion is a documentary based on testimonies of Polish and Jewish residents of prewar Oswiecim.
The film was made as part of “Listen and remember” project by students from Stanislaw Konarski High School in Oswiecim and directed by their teachers, Halina and Wiesław Świderski.
The screening will be followed by meeting with the project participants.
The event commemorates 70th anniversary of the tragic events of the November 9–10, 1938 pogrom in Nazi Germany, known as Kristallnacht (click here for more information).
