Intercultural Dialogue

The Auschwitz Jewish Center fosters multicultural meetings of young Jews and non-Jews.  Students from Poland, Israel, Germany, and the United States learn about each other and their respective cultures in an environment meant to foster discussion and questioning of preconceptions and prejudice.

These meetings promote tolerance, and help elucidate attitudes and events that led to the Holocaust.  Through this unique experience of dialogue, the participants are inspired to foster understanding in their communities.
